Good day, I ordered the orthopedic pillows and massager from your christmas list. I received my order, however, the massager is broken. I contacted you via fb and was told that I would receive compensation and a replacement due to the mess up of this christmas gift! I have not received compensation nor the replacement! No communication either! You can also refer to ticket numbers 643393 and 632873. Your urgent assistance in this now INCREDIBLY late christmas gift would be appreciated.
