It all started in January when i ordered and PAID for two of the Memory Foam Pillow and a Back and Neck Massager deals. I confirmed my details with Groupon and was told that delivery will take as long as 4 weeks. It has been double this time and that when I enquired about it today the lady on the phone stated that my delivery had already been delivered and signed for by a "Julius". I was never notified, like Groupon said they would do so before hand, which was obviously just a too. I'm disgusted as this was my first time ordering a shopping deal from Groupon scheduled for delivery. How can you even get the incorrect person to sign for someone elses Groupon deal and what will be done to correct this!!!
I have also sent a mail on the 22 of January concerning this Groupon which I surprisingly never received a response, even til today.
