In November I bought and paid for two induction stoves that would be delivered before Christmas. On Christmas eve I received an email telling me to wait four weeks for delivery. I wasted 1 and a half hours holding for your call centre, and wasted two conversations with call centre agents making false promises. I complained on hellopeter and received and apology and was told that i would be compensated.
