I purchased a 36 LED rechargeable lantern on 10 November 2013. It was deliver soon thereafter and my original thought was - wow! Thats pretty good service! That was until I opened the package and found a 15 LED lantern inside. Trying to log the query was a nightmare. I was sent from pillar to post and finally referred to the supplier (Calasca) to sort it out myself? Where can you refer a customer to the supplier? I bought the item from Groupon, not Calasca. Groupon is taking no ownership whatsoever and are simply pulling up their shoulders here? Made a quick buck out of me and now they are nowhere to be found. Never ever will I buy from Groupon again
