I bought a Tobi Hand Held Steamer from Groupon on the 11/11/2013. I then received it on the 14/11/2013 and when I tried using it, it didn't work. I have since sent emails to Groupon who referred me to the supplier being "Calasca" who responded to me on the 29/11/2013 saying that we can exchange the product for a working one. I then replied saying it would be fine and they must let me know the procedures to follow. It is now the 5th of January 2014 and I still have the broken steamer in my possession as they have not corresponded any further with me. I don't feel it is right that companies like this make it so difficult to sort out a problem after taking my money. Are they just hoping I will go away or what? I really don't appreciate this slack attitude they have by ignoring my emails and i want this problem sorted out asap! my reference number is 29481993
