I purchased Mandela coins from one of Groupon suppliers in July and my Post office sent them back to supplier when I didnt collect them. I emailed supplier requesting redelivery, failed and I asked Groupon to assist in August 2013. Since then Groupon has been sending me from pillar to post, I have 2 reference numbers, 76762 in which they promised to refund me and ref 96048 in which they claim my voucher was redeemed. I have asked them to enquire with the post office and tell me who redeemed my voucher and collected my coins. Still waiting for their manager Marisa to give feedback.
