Worst Customer Experience!!!

Good day

We ordered a Tobi Upright Steamer via Groupon code: 0010196LWQ
We received the unit last week Thursday 16-01-2013. I called Groupon on the 17-01-2013 and spoke to Moegamat Fawwaz Mowlana and I advised him that the device is not working, it does not heat up. He said he will escalate the matter to the product support escalation team for collect and to replace the unit. On the 20-01-2014 I called Groupon to follow up only to be told I was given the incorrect information by the previous Groupon consultant and that a company called Calasca should be contacted. I was very disappointed with regards to the miscommunication and that I as the customer needs to contact the supplier. I then spoke to Lushana October and Nazeema Hoosain at Groupon to say I want a refund and I need the unit to be collected. Nazeema advised as per her email she is waiting for an arrangement and will contact me. On the 21-01-2013 I emailed Calasca at [Email Removed] with all the correspondence no reply as yet. Today 23-01-2013 I called Groupon and was advised my query was once again to be escalated to the product support team and will be contact shortly, up until now I have received no response!!!
