I ordered a scooter for my daughter for Christmas on the 28th November 2013 - they took my money the same day and I have yet to get a response or my order on the 22nd December 2013. No-one will contact me, they just send an email to say they are escalating and could I advise how they can improve their service - they are disgusting! Do not use them - ever! They take your money and you do not get your product.
