I places an order for the Samsung S3 cover in 23 October 2013 and paid more than what I was suppose to pay. After 2 to 3 weeks when I realized that I was not receiving my order I called Groupon. I was told that my order was told that "Deal not permitted, because payment has been refused"
The payment was refused because I paid extra, and I was told I will be refunded back my money. 2 weeks after I called them again to follow up my refund I was told they will send me an email for communication from Finance to when will I receive my money. I have sent my proof of payment as it was requested and my banking details.
I am still waiting I have not received my money, I just want my refund its been 2 months now. When do I get back my money?
