After 2 months still no refund

I bought a groupon deal for a massage for R720 in Feb, when i wanted to use the voucher i was told i could not retreive it since Groupon cancelled the deal, what irks me is Groupon did not even bother to notify me about the cancellation. I called them to ask for my money back they promised to refund me the money, however now its 1 story after the next. Every time i call to enquire about my refund they tell me that they hae processed it but my account shows nothing, i asked them to send me proof of payment and a month later im still waiting, I call them continuously and everytime it long ques and when you do eventually get someone on the line they cant give you a straight answer. Just today i requested to speak directly to the person that deals with accounts and i was told that they are busy. I will never use groupon again and this is! they should refund my money please! VERY OFF
