I ordered an item on the 25th of November and I was assured the product will be delivered within two weeks. I phoned a few days ago to check on the delivery and I was told by the call center that the shipment of products has just come in and I should have my delivery within the next few days, but he promised me that i would have it before Christmas. I called again today only to be told that they are out of stock??!! LIARS!!!
Not only do I have to go buy a new Christmas present but the refund for a substantial amount of money is going to take 3 days!
This is pathetic - I will NEVER support groupon again.
