I ordered an ereader online with Groupon SA. I received a confirmation of receipt of my order. An EFT payment was done and i have confirmed with my bank that payment had gone through.
Recently when I checked online as to the status of my online purchase, I was shocked to discover that my "deal was not permitted - payment refused". If according to GrouponSA, my payment was refused, where then is my R749? I have lodged a complaint on the site and have yet to receive a response. The telephone numbers provided are ALWAYS engaged so there is no way to verify exactly what is happening. I would like my money back please
