I ordered a ring on Wicount on 6 November. Delivery is supposed to be within 14-30 days. I received an e-mail to inform me that there will be about a 5 day delay in my delivery. It is now 1 month and 11 days later and still nothing. I spoke to Johan this morning, who promised to call me back after 45 minutes as he was going to call the supplier with the tracking number and find out where the item is, and of course I'm still waiting!

REFUND ME MY MONEY NOW!!! This was supposed to be a Christmas present and I will not be able to get this item before I leave on holiday tomorrow.!

You are unreliable, and! You were never planning on sending me my purchase, you were just hoping that I will forget about the order! WELL, I DIDN'T. I am expecting the money to be in my bank account by the end of the day!
