We ordered binoculars as a Christmas gift via a special deal from Groupon on the 17 Dec 2012 already. On the 22 of Jan 2013 we still haven't received anything! That's 36 days!!! We finally called Groupon for our money back (of course they wouldn't call us, offer any kind of excuse or try and rectify the matter from their side). Now we're having an uphill battle trying to get the money back.
The wife and I are so done with Groupon and we'll definitely discourage all our friends to buy anything via them.
