I ordered a deal on Groupon for the very first time on the 12 Dec 2013. I later made contact with the Call Centre & confirmed that I will receive confirmation of my order within 72 hrs. The deal was for a 4 night holiday stay at Mykonos which was a gift for my grandparents that are on holiday. In order for me to be able to make the booking Mykonos required that I provide them with the confrimation voucher. I contacted the call centre again & confirmed as to whether they are able to assist me but was advised by the consultant, Desican that it takes 5 days for the payment to settle. I then asked to speak to the manager & was transferred to Naomi Siame who was of no help to me at all as I am still left waiting for my voucher. I am extremely dissapointed in the service received. I have spent a countless amount of time and money following up on this order. I can honestly say that at no point was I left feeling delighted and satisfied with the feedback and response I received from Groupon. I am now left with a bitter taste in my mouth and have a real negative perception of the company.
