I ordered an Air-O-Space 5-in-1 sofa bed on 19 November with 3-4 weeks delivery and which I needed for guests at Christmas time. I still haven't received the goods and have emailed them several times and tried to call but at 50th in line I gave it a miss. They even asked me to rate my service received on the email queries which they didn't even respond to!!! I have another faulty product from October 2012 which they haven't responded to either.
