Bad Groupon/Brewhoo! Deal - Received no Feedback

Earlier this year my fiance and I bought a Groupon for a deal at Brewhoo! The deal was for two breakfasts and a coffee or soft drink for R140.00. On arrival we soon realised that there was no way any combination of meals offered to us could come to R140.00. Eventually we spent R115.00 on our meal, gave them the voucher and left. I took a photo of the menu and sent this and my Groupon voucher to Groupon on 25.04.13. I received a phone call and was told they would follow up but I never heard from them again. I sent the mail again on 09.05.13. No response.

I want to be compensated for my Groupon. This is most unfair. You need to be more vigilant with the actual value of your deals and have much better customer care. I've bought from Groupon numerous times, but now am very reluctant.
