I ordered online on the 31.10.2013 got confirmation that it will be delivered in 2 weeks funds deducted from my bank account on the 31.10.2013 had to call them to enquire about why so late only to be told it is held up at customs I will get delivery by latest 06.12.2013 because the consignment will be released week-end and deliveries would go out from Monday 02.12.2013. I called and emailed Monday only To be told they have no idea when the shipment will get their so i must cancel or wait, Bad attitude. i cancelled my order via telephone and email still no sight of my bank account being credited.
personally this is so disappointing as tghis was my firts ever internet buy, secondly I needed it today coz it was a surprise gift for my daughter so there goes my surprice.
