Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tablet for 12 000 odd points on02/08/2013 @ roughly 7am. I called in to cancel due to technical specs of the device at around 9am. I called back before 10am and re-ordered and was advised that all was in order and my account would be updated by 4.30pm as per my consultant Stacy.

I looked at my account on Saturday morning and noticed no change, I called on Monday monring and was told by Stacy that she was about to call me to advise that the unit had gone up in price to 20 520 points and there was nothing she could do. I expressed my dis-satisfaction and she then offered to get an account manager by the name of Cedric to me me. Nobody called me.

I called back a few times and was told that he was busy however he would call me.

I called on the 06/08/2013 and demanded to speak to him. He cross-examined me for a while and then claimed that he was told that I was informed of the price increase on the Friday which i disputed as I was only informed on the Monday.

He promised to listen to the call recordings and revert to me with feedback by yesterday however I'm still waiting.
