I recently bought a Groupon deal for a Brazilian Hair treatment at a discounted price.
On issue of the voucher I tried calling the owner to book an appointment. There was no reply and I left a message for her to call me back so that I could book an appointment to redeem my voucher. I have tried calling 12 times, I have left 7 messages and I still have not heard back!!!
I have asked Groupon for a refund and am very disappointed in this experience. A complete waste of my time!
