I am absolutely fuming.
I purchased a R1500 cage diving deal for 2 people from Groupon on Monday. I then paid immediately and sent them proof of payment in order to receive my voucher code. 3 days later after 3 emails, 1 website query, 1 Facebook message and 1 tweet they have still not called or mailed to give me any sort of update.
I am in the Sales and Marketing Industry so the blatant disregard to get back to a customer after 3 days is just unreal?!?!?!
I am generally not one to complain but when R1500 has been paid and still no response from them any normal person is bound to get off very quickly.
If Groupon SA would be so kind to get back to me that would be highly appreciated.
