I have requested to cancel the reward card, I called in and I was told to send an email requesting the cancellation of the card and it will take 30 days to process, of which I did but my money is still being deducted and i still havent recieved the card to top it off and it has been over 40 working days . meaning that I am paying for something that i am not even using. I have tried to call and emailed countless number of times to reason and resolve the matter to no avail or response. this is totally unacceptable!
