No feedback for two weeks on a refund request

I sent Groupon Customer service a request for a refund two weeks ago and havent heard back. I only got the automated response with automated response number 57485. The reason for my request for a refund is that the store that sold the groupon closed. I sent my request two days before the groupon expired. I do not want a groupon credit, I want cash back into my card. These guys are so pathetic.
