I bought 3 deals, paid immediately via EFT and Groupon specifically states that we do not have to send proof of pmt. After a week of not receiving my vouchers I called them and they tell me they didn't pick the pmts up on their side. I then sent them the proof of pmts and now they say and cannot get the deals and can only give me credits with their company and cannot refund my money!! ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.
And they have not communicated with me at all, I have had to call them with this regard on numerous occasions
