Bought a bag with groupon for R499 I didn't get it. I called groupon and they explained why I didn't get it. I then requested them to refund me. I was asked to email my proof of payment it was done about a month ago., called them again last week I was asked to send a proof of payment again I did that but still I don't get my refund. Kindly assist me.
