Groupon South Africa is terrible at their Customer Service.
I ordered a Green Pad, waited more than two weeks for delivery and then they deliver a Pink one, I have a son! now what am I supposed to do with a pink one. I phoned and said my groupon voucher says green the call centre agent says they never had stock of the green. Shes not sure what else to say!
After phoning and emailing the call centre numerous times im still not successfull. Im told they will now collect and give back my money. I have just have to wait 3 to 5 working days.
They have not collected so how long is this going to take. My sons birthdays is Monday.
Never ever buying from Groupon again.
