Yet again Groupon dissapoints!

In Decemebr we bought 2 deals. Groupon cancelled with the supplier so I called to get a refund on 20 March 2013. I calmly explained myself to Zulfa, she said she will investigate the matter and get back to me. Later I received a e-mail stating they are sending it to refunds department.

Knowing the track record Groupon I followed up on a regular basis and eveythime I was told they processing it.

On 08 April I followed up as to why nothing has been refunded ad was told they credited my online account cause I cancelled the deal! I again called them (this is time consuming as you generally hold on for at least 30mins) and demanded to know how they can credit my account when I specifically told them I want a refund as they cancelled the deal.
After numerous calls from both my husband and myself we were put in touch with a Team Leader - Maurisia. She told us that she will immediately do the refund - I requested a bank proof of payment as the one she sent was just showing on their system. Now after yet another week we still don't have anything in our bank account!

People please learn from our mistakes! They are more than willing to take your money but cant deliver a service!
