I contacted Groupon 1 week later after not receiving two of the three deals that were puchased. When Groupon finally responded, according to them they did not receive the payments. But when I purchased the three deals the payments were all made at teh exact same time. The first query was logged on 18 February and it is now 12 March and I have still not received any refund from Groupon. I have sent in the proof of payments etc and after numerous emails still no response. Please can you refund my money back to my Bank account!
