On 2 occasions I have gone into the "Customer Service" on the website via "Contact Us" - well Groupon, you guys are severely lacking in coming back to a person so why dont you rather just take "Customer Service" off your website. My wife has used you many times and all we wanted was to get hold of one of your suppliers to try give them some business and get some extra stuff ourselves but I cant keep wasting R 50 a time on a cell phone when your call centr queues take forever and then you dont stick to your 72hr turnaround on emails as that service is non existant!
