Terrible customer service from Groupon SA, required a refund and compensation for incorrect details and directions for a weekend away at a bush lodge. I ended up going to the complete wrong location based on directions on the groupon website, and incurred R1000.00 worth of petrol and toll road charges. The actual Groupon refund took 6 weeks to be completed and no refund for costs incurred due to a Groupon issue were ever refunded.
Tried to get hold of Mymoena Classens who is responsible for refunds, for about 2/3 weeks, left messages and tried calling about 8 times. She only responded to mails. I requested her superiors details to take this further but chose to never provide them.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever received from an organisation and this is the first report I have posted on Hellopeter, so I dont ever complain unless it is justified.
