Almost 2 months and still NOTHING!!

Based on Receipt #633841, which I ordered in the first half of DECEMBER, I was told on January 4th that the suppliers were closed and that Groupon SA was waiting for the suppliers to open. Due to the case, I thought I will give Groupon another chance and allow them to fulfill their order. This was a VERY bad idea. here we are more than 3 weeks after the suppliers opened and I don't have a clue what is happening with my order. Groupon said it would have been delivered in 2 weeks, and I still have nothing. what is your excuse now Groupon? Suppliers go on holiday till 2014??? I did send another email indicating that due to the manner in which this has been handled, I would like to receive a full refund, and guess who didn't reply?? The wonderful Groupon.
Worst service I have ever had in my life, not once, not twice MULTIPLE times. Ridiculous. Sort your stuff out ASAP Groupon
