I bought a voucher from Group on for my sister in CPT, she never used it as the salon cancelled on her. I have been trying to get a refund. The first call I made, I had to wait for -30 minutes, then the call was dropped, the second call, I have to wait for another half an hour, altogether I have been holding on for almost an hour call was also dropped, I still have not received any feedback. This is so unprofessional as I logged this query on 28 October after I spoke to one of the customer support consultants Beverley explaining the situation. No feedback up and till now..
