I purchased an Aerobatic Flight through Groupon for my husband as a Birthday gift. When he tried to book a flight, he was given the run around. It is now 2 months later and he still does not have a booking. We contacted Groupon on the 4th of December and still do not have any resolution. The incompetance displayed by both the Groupon Customer Service person and the Vendor is astounding. I then looked online and found 2 other Aerobatic flights offered (from the same airport, in the same planes and for the same amount of time) for less than half the price advertised through Groupon! At best, this is extreme incompetance, as worst, false advertising!! This particular point has been completely ignored by groupon, as has my request for a full refund.
