I ordered a portable external hard drive from groupon and upon delivery found that i had been given one that requires a power supply. i rejected delivery as it was not what i ordered. i then sent an email to groupon explaining the situation. and didnt receive any response. i waited a few days and sent another email to which i received an automated response saying that they would attend to me soon. after a few more days still nothing. i sent a third email expressing my displeasure and have not received anything as yet. the service is unnacceptable. the hard drive is with the courier so i cant use the product i bought and neither can i get my money back because groupon have not even acknowledged it yet.
