My wife and I bought the Sloggi underwear specials on Groupon longer that a year ago. I received my underwear but my wife never received hers. Upon getting into contact with Groupon it was noted that the supplier did not have any stock left. I questioned this but the lady that assisted me apologized and advised that they would be able to refund me. To this day still, I was never refunded. That is really bad customer service. Groupon's response will be highly appreciated.
