As most know GroupOn SA only allows you to purchase products/services for a certain amount of days/hours OR for as long as they have stock. Once the limit has been reached, you cannot make a purchase.
I was able to make a purchase and it was stated that the product would be delivered within 2 weeks, which didnt happen. When i queried i was told they could not access customer info such as delivary address but i can expect delivary the following week. The following week, i receive an email to saying they regrettably failed to secure stock for the Adata 1TB External Hard Drive and i would be refunded.
This is this is unacceptable, why would you sell more than you can supply, then wait for more than 2 weeks to advise the customer?? This dipicts GroupOn SA as extreamly unrealiable!
