I purchased items from Groupon SA and contacted them many times via email and phone to reconcile my account and arrange for collection of items purchased for refunds due to false advertising by Groupon, I was always told I will be contacted within the course of the day for all the info I need and to arrange for the items to be collected and -6 months later this is STILL going on.
I am appauled by the service from Groupon SA and believe that they don't have the consumers interest in mind.
