This is the second time that I have used DealClick. The first time my order took so long to get to me - about 2 months and each time I queried it, I was told it would be there the next day or my emails were ignored. When I left messages for the manager, my calls were not returned. Then I purchased an MP3 player from them on 08/08/2013. I finally received it yesterday and the product DOES NOT work. When I emailed them today and asked what I should do as it does not work, they ignored me again. They have very bad service! The packaging that the MP3 player came in has no numbers on, so I cannot even call the manufacturer to ask what to do.
