Failure to delive

I ordered and paid-for furniture items to the value of R4, 000 on 17.08.13, with the Groupon advertisement having indicated "delivery within 2 weeks". Six weeks later, I have not received the goods. Numerous calls to Groupon Customer Service have not yielded any substantive answers. I have subsequently received two emails requesting me to rate their customer service! This company should not be in business.
