Really outstanding service

I ordered a monopoly game they had advertised on Monday 23rd September 2013 at about 9am, by 10am I received an email notification that it had been shipped, and 3pm the same day, I received another email notification that it had been delivered. This is by far the best service I have had from any of the online group buying sites.

When I got home and opened the package, I realised that this was not the version of monopoly I had ordered and sent them an email notifying them of this. The following day, even though it was a public holiday, I received a phone call from vuvu plaza saying they were most upset to hear that I have not received the correct item and that they will arrange for their driver to collect it the next day, and I can choose whether I would like a refund of wait for the correct goods, and that they would sort this out with their supplier.

yesterday I received a notification that they have refunded me, and today they sent a driver to collect the game. I think that the reason they didn't mind collecting is that I happen to live within 5 kms of their offices, but wow, this really was the most amazing service, and handled pleasantly and efficiently.
