I want to comment on the outstanding customer service I received from Nic Latouf at Vuvu Plaza. I had placed an order for a product online with Vuvu Plaza, however Nic soon notified me that this product was out of stock. He had sincerely apologized and refunded me within the week. Nic had also promised that once stock of the product arrives, he would send me a complimentary one to make up for my disappointment.
A few days later, Nic contacted me and informed me that they had received stock. I was prepared to pay for this product, but Nic kept to his word and politely insisted that it would be complimentary.
I want to thank Nic for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you for the wonderful service!
I will be more likely to purchase products from Vuvu Plaza in the future.
