I had purchased a coupon off Vuvu plaza, for a spa of whom I will not mention the name. The spa delivered atrocious service to the extent where I had not even been able to manage to get a booking. They seemed to have numerous reviews, of which none of them was positive feedback. I was absolutely astonished by the amazing service Vuvu plaza had delivered in assisting me. Once I had contacted them within 30 minutes I received a response from a consultant Raphel, who offered his help. Once I got back to him, my dispute was resolved literally within minutes. I have to commend this company on the amazing service they delivered, clearly a group who cares about their brand and the service being delivered. South Africa could do with more companies like this. To Raphel, who delivered amazing customer service, thank you very much.
