On 28 August 2013 I ordered and paid for in advance a PC game, not available in store but only on CNA Online shop.
After pushing I get my delivery on 30 August 2013, The Game I received was the correct Game but instead of PC game I get PS 3 Game, I stop the courier, and he said to hang onto the product and CNA will dispatch them again to collect.
I have been in daily contact with the CNA customer service dept since then sometimes phoning up to 3 times a day and the first 5 operators I spoke to failed to incept a formal response on their system and issue me with a reference number, so operator 6 did this for me and all they're worried about is if someone has collected the PS 3 version from me.
All I keep telling them is that I want the correct version delivered to me ASAP as it was for a birthday present for a family member on 30 August 2013.
I want CNA Online to deliver Far Cry 3 Insane Edition PC to me as I ordered and As I paid for. I didn't order the PS 3 Version and seeing as I don't own a PlayStation console it is useless to me.
and to make it worse I was promised that a manager will contact me by Wednesday (yesterday) and still waiting, even when I called back twice.
