I bought a medium fisrt aid kit in july month end and still today i have not received my parcel. i cantacted them and they said Gregory Augustus (Groupon South Africa Customer Service)

Thanks for the e-mail and sorry for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a purchase in the account associated with this e-mail address. My guess is that when registering your account, you entered a typo in your email address (don't worry, lots of people do it!). This would mean that when you purchased your Groupon, it didn't get sent because the account isn't registered to a valid email address.
If you could confirm your full name and post code, I can search our system via your name and let you know the email address you have registered with us. You can then log in with this email address, and amend the mistake in the "My Data" tab once you are logged in. Your password would still be the same.
