They moved premises without notifying clients

I bought a groupon voucher for my in-laws anniversary. I made booking and even sent confirmation email on the Monday, 15 July 2013 to confirm that my booking for the following Sunday, 21 July 2013 was still in place. I received no response but assumed everything was fine.

When my in-laws arrived at the Lakes Hotel in Benoni, they were told the Spa moved and gave them an address. When they went to that address, they were told that the Spa was not there.
We have tried to contact the Spa since that day to no avail. I only received an email (which was sent to my work email, which was dated Sunday, 21 July that bookings were postponed). I tried to call and send back email to the Spa but they never answer the phone or it takes me to voicemail.
Also, on the website they still have their address as the Lakes Hotel.

They have never responded to any of my emails from that day until now. I requested a refund from groupon but my in laws day was ruined because I had bought a voucher for a full VIP package.

Last week I saw on Groupon that a Spa called Health something with the same address as the supposed "new address" of Luxury Lifestyle was being advertised. It seems like a
