I ordered a ipad mini cover 2 weeks ago and inserted my address the same way I usually do. This is the second issue with groupon and their delayed deliveries. I decided to try them once more, NEVER AGAIN!!!
They gave the courier company the incorrect address, I called them to find out why i havent received my cover and they said its because the system captured the incorrect address. They now want me to pay extra to have the ipad cover sent today as its a birthday gift!!! They are now making it my problem!!!
The courier co said groupon gave them the incorrect details nor did they give them contact details or a email address?
Groupon says they dont have the details but they send me a million emails a day and my profile has my email address as well as my contact number??
This has just left such a sour taste in my mouth, never using groupon again
