I need help with my orders and emails

I registered at groupon a while ago and have never recieved any shopping emails (only travel every now and then). I sent Groupon an email asking for help and got an email back saying that I'd be helped in 14 days. Nothing came from it. I wet through their support centre again... same email and no help.

I know it sounds stupid but I really need to see certain deals on groupon... that's why I registered!!

PLEASE HELP!!
