Cannot purchase via credid card or EFT from Groupo

I have phoned groupon more than 3 times that there is a problem when trying to buy things from their site either by Credit card or EFT a message comes back to say that the details you enter are incorrect!

This is very annoying as i cannot phone groupon everytime, give my password so they can do the order from their side. i know that several people are complaining about this! this problem has been going on since last year, Groupon what are you doing about it
