On 14 August 2013 I purchased a Chalk Board Wall Decal With Four Free Chalks, including National Delivery. Up to date I have not received my order. I have made several calls but always get cut off with the excuse of bad lines.
I have sent follow up e-mails on 25 September and 14 October, and still no word or reply to say what is happening and where is my order!!! I paid the money for a product I haven't received. It was meant as a birthday present for my godchild, and I ordered it a month before her birthday, after 3 months of waiting I still haven't received it and had to buy her something else as I can't explain to a 6 year old that her gift is still on it's way. I never had this problem before, not sure what is happening now. Really dissapointed and will think twice before I ever order from Wicount again.
