False delivery date, no answers and no product!

I ordered an electric shaver 2 weeks ago under the 1 week delivery deal. I followed up after 5 days to see if I could track the package and was told by Murugesan R that the order is in the system and will arrive soon, but he couldn't provide me with any tracking information. I called his bluff and asked to point me in the direction of someone that could track it. He ignored me. I sent a follow up email on day 7 and he ignored me again. I also sent a mail to [Email Removed] as per the instructions on the fine print. No response. Since then I phoned the call centre and got a message from Rain that she'll investigate and get back to me. No further feedback from her. I emailed again and got a response from Ganeefa Leeman stating that delivery will occur within 2 weeks (despite the fine print stating in bold 1 week). I queried this, and was ignored once again.
It is clear that these help desk agents are measured on the number of calls they close in Zendesk and are not interested in actually helping the client. None of them resolved any of my queries, yet I received automated responses asking me to rate how the query was resolved. This is an epic operations failure.
